We also source our meat from ethical sources – they are Halal Certified · HFSAA, hand slaughtered, with no hormones or antibiotics ever, and from a local farm. That’s peace of mind you didn’t get when you had to settle.

Crispy, syrupy sweet, pillowy-soft — yet a testament to survival. As a child in South Africa, Fiona’s mother sold these door to door, supporting her orphaned siblings. Today, Fiona continues that story — one delicious bite at a time.
